Yes, I’m a pilot.

I passed the checkride and now have my private pilot’s license!  For those who are curious I have 61 hours.  The ATP Private program is 85 hours.  So I have 24 hours of cross country flights coming up.  Most of the time will be spent under the hood working on IFR training.  I should finish up in a week or 10 days from now.

I don’t start the ACPP program until the end of September so I am working on a little adventure for the break…

Congratulations! It’s been great reading your blog. I will be going through the same path as you, zero to hero. I booked almost 12 fulls hours about 12 years ago, so I have some idea of what is to come. I’m with you though, practicing stalls makes me stomach turn. Not my favorite part, and I just can’t wait to go and do them all over again. Can you sense the sarcasm? Haha. Keep up the good work and be sure to let us know how the cross countries go.

Can’t wait for your ACPP blog!

    Chris
